We strive to provide the best customer service, and to ensure that all customers are pleased with their purchases. Should you find that you would like to return an item, the return policy is as follows:
- Please contact us, prior to shipping back your return item(s). We need to be made aware of any packages heading our way.
- All items must be received within 21 days of the original ship date.
- Items must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered with tags still attached.
- Returns should not have stains of any kind (make-up, deodorant, etc.).
- Refunds can only be issued in the form of STORE CREDIT.
- Shipping is non-refundable, unless it was our mistake.
- All sale/clearance items and accessories are FINAL SALE.
Please allow 3-4 business days for returns to be processed and store credit refunds to be issued. Be sure to print out your original invoice and enclose that with the item(s) you are returning. Make note of the tracking number for your personal records.
If the order is returned past the 21 day limit or does not fit the return guidelines, the item(s) will be sent back to you.
Since the quantity of sizes for each style is limited and may sell out, we cannot guarantee exchanges. If you find an item that you absolutely cannot live without, we suggest you purchase it. You can hold onto your store credit for future purchases, as long as you would like, since it does not expire.
- All orders are shipped USPS Priority or First Class, and will come with a tracking number
- Each order will ship out same or next day, unless otherwise noted
- FREE shipping on all orders $50 and over, or a $5 flat rate for anything under $50
